Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months) may be temporarily suspended. Contact support to reactivate your account.

All deposits and withdrawals on Netbet must be made through a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted, and any such transactions will be deemed void.

Netbet bonus offers are designed to give members extra value. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the respective offer details.

• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals are available after wagering a specified multiple of the bonus amount.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Netbet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, server logs will be used to determine whether the bet was successfully registered.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Coordinated betting (syndicate betting) across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

For Sports Betting settlement, netbet considers the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body as final.

• Bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Bonus Abuse — Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or fake identities.
• Money Laundering — Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Hacking or System Exploitation — Intentionally exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• False Information to open an account or submit KYC documents.
• Using Another Person's Identity Managing Your Account.
• Collecting Information or Acting as a Netbet Competitor Damage to the Company Attempting to Do So.
